Olufemi was educated at the University of Lagos and University of Ibadan and is a registered Estate Surveyor & Valuer and a Real Estate Asset Optimisation Expert.

He was at a time the Group Head of Estates & Technical Services for the Odua group where he has responsibility for the management of the company’s entire property portfolio including iconic landmark buildings such as the Cocoa House Building in Ibadan.

He has extensive experience in property and real estate development in all major markets in Nigeria and his role in the Amity project include project implementation and management, marketing and general stakeholders’ liaison.

He is a Certified Facility Manager and is a Class 23 Member of the Advanced Management Programme of the Lagos Business School.
