The story of Amity Multi Housing Estates Limited (AMHEL) in a nutshell is a quest to contribute to the development of the housing sector through the provision of top grade serviced plots with amenities of a modern community with requisite ambience and security.

The idea was conceived by successful and respectable individuals with extensive experience from diverse fields of endeavor who were desirous of contributing their quota to nation building through a sector that has high impact capacity on the people and the state.

In choosing the housing sector, a lot of factors were considered principal of which is the primacy of shelter in everyone’s life. This is underscored by Abraham Maslow, an American psychologist, who in his seminal research popularly known as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs identified shelter as fundamental to the growth and development of man.

Our vision is therefore to create an estate of distinction that’s exclusive, secure and serene with functional infrastructure and guided by commonality and regulation all over Nigeria.

In pursuance of the above, we have taken off with the Amity Estate, Ejioku, Ibadan in partnership with the foremost state housing agency in Nigeria, the Oyo State Housing Estate Corporation (OYSHC), the successor of the agency that built much valued Bodija Estate in Ibadan.
