The residential estate will be financed in the following manner:

1. Full funding will be arranged by Amity Multi Housing Estates for the infrastructural works agreed with OYHC and this will be a combination of equity and debts from credible financiers.
   
   
2. The Directors jointly will raise an amount of equity for commitment into the project as will ordinarily be required by the funding agencies.
   
   
3. Stanbic IBTC Bank is our banker and has indicated willingness to support the project.
   
   
4. In addition to Stanbic IBTC, we have also identified credible private funders and investors who are willing to partake in the project.
   
   
5. Funding obligations for the payment for allocated land and for the construction of building will be arranged by subscribers with AMHEL providing necessary guarantees and assurance to OYHC.
   
   
6. Amity Multi Housing Estate Limited will be working in partnership with accredited fund providers (Primary Mortgage Institutions, Banks, Cooperatives, etc.) to ensure that subscribers meet their obligations under the terms of the engagement.
