In order to ensure the success of the project, Amity Multi Housing Estates Limited intends to adopt the following implementation strategies:

1. Phasing the project into two phases and ensuring the delivery of Phase One comprising 100 serviced plots within 12 months of MOU execution. It is also expected that the timely completion of Phase One will stimulate subscribers’ interest in Phase Two.
   
   
2. Deployment of best practices in the procurement process by ensuring that qualified and competent contractors and sub-contractors are employed both for the construction of the infrastructures and in the development of individual subscriber’s building.
   
   
3. Engagement of experienced and duly registered professional consultants who will give their best professional service support to the project – Please refer to section G & H of this memorandum for the list of professional service providers and partners.
   
   
4. Continuous engagement with the Oyo State Housing Corporation and other relevant government agencies.
