Upon an in-depth evaluation by the company, the Oyo State Housing Corporation’s land at Km 22 Iwo-Ibadan Road at Lagelu Local Government Area was considered as the ideal location for the proposed estate.

- The fact that the proposed location is owned and administered by the Oyo State Housing Corporation, a credible partner in Housing provision in the state.
- The proximity of the proposed location to important milestones/destinations such as:
- HQ of Lagelu LGA;
- The Nigerian Air force Base and School;
- Soon to be resuscitated Nigeria Gas Company (NGC) factory in line with FGN policy on Gas Cylinders;
- Leyland Industries/Technical Academy;
- The planned revitalization of the African Regional Centre for Engineering Design and Manufacturing (ARCEDEM) by African Union(AU);
- The location of Bowen University in Iwo town which is en-route to the proposed Housing estate;
- Proposed site of a new University by Latter Day Christian Church;
- Ease of accessibility to other key towns in the South West & North Central geopolitical zones (Osogbo, Ife, Ilesa, Ogbomosho, Ilorin, etc.) which would stimulate appeal to all prospective subscribers.
4. Location is 15 minutes from the Iwo Road interchange/Bye pass in the heartland of Ibadan and less than 10 minutes from the Nigeria Police Divisional Headquarter in Iyana Offa.
