  2. A security post will be built and managed by the Estate in collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force to ensure peace and order. This will be complemented by specially recruited & trained vigilante groups to be regulated by the Police. Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) will provide back-up services.

  3. There will also be a Fire Prevention and Containment Centre (FPCC).

  7. Necessary liaison will be made with credible power Generation Company for the location of a power plant close to the estate for the benefit of the estate and adjoining communities in the long run.

  8. In the short term, electricity will be provided by working with the power distribution company having jurisdiction over the estate.

  9. AMHEL will partner with the Oyo State Water Corporation for the provision of potable water for the estate.
