1. Security will come into consideration right from the planning stage by enlisting professional inputs of credible security operators.
   
   
2. A security post will be built and managed by the Estate in collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force to ensure peace and order. This will be complemented by specially recruited & trained vigilante groups to be regulated by the Police. Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) will provide back-up services.
   
   
3. There will also be a Fire Prevention and Containment Centre (FPCC).
   
   
4. It is often said with genuine justification that information is essential for survival in the age we live in. Having timely and accurate information may determine the success or otherwise of one’s venture. In this regard, a fully functional Information Centre will be put in place to serve the Estate for purposes of disseminating information and advisory on current affairs, health, security, traffic, estate affairs, socials, etc. The information centre will be under the supervision of the Facility Management Centre.
   
   
5. The estate will embrace the concept of ‘Going Green’ to ensure a sustainable environment in line with international standards. This is clearly represented in our logo by the imposing plant.
   
   
6. Residents can use the multipurpose hall for events like child naming, birthday parties and other get-together occasions subject to the guidelines to be issued by the management office.
   
   
7. Necessary liaison will be made with credible power Generation Company for the location of a power plant close to the estate for the benefit of the estate and adjoining communities in the long run.
   
   
8. In the short term, electricity will be provided by working with the power distribution company having jurisdiction over the estate.
   
   
9. AMHEL will partner with the Oyo State Water Corporation for the provision of potable water for the estate.
   
   
10. Best practices and International benchmarks will scrupulously apply in all aspects of planning, implementing and managing the estate.
    
    
11. Diaspora Buy-in. We will use our extensive contacts to ensure a good number of Nigerians (particularly of western states origin) buy into the scheme.
