The following infrastructures will be provided within the estate:
- In line with international best practice, standard roads, drainages, lay- byes and other road furniture.
- Drilling of adequate numbers of industrial boreholes to be piped into a central Water treatment plant and distributed to all parts of the estate through a supply pipeline network.
- Estate will be fully fenced and gated. Gate Houses, and Police/Security post and Fire prevention and containment centre will be provided.
- Electricity will be supplied to the entire estate community.
- Street signs, signage facilities and street/security lights will be provided.
- Working with a credible gas supply company for the design and installation of a central gas supply system.
- Partner with Telecommunication firms to make the estate an ICT village.
- Estate Management office to oversee the smooth running of services will be located within the estate.
The estate will not be provided with central sewage system in view of the costs and the technical challenges associated with its operation and the sustainable operation of the system.
However, necessary guidelines will be issued concerning the construction of septic tanks within individual plots and the methods and timing of evacuating of sewage to ensure minimal disturbance of the residents.
The collection of refuse will also be centrally administered as residents are issued appropriate refuse disposal bags and containers while a credible private operator is engaged for regular evacuation.
