Amity Multi Housing Estates Limited is of the considered opinion that subscribers in the housing estate will be incurring very low and reasonable cost of occupation as they share costs of maintaining and operating the common services.
The operations of the commercial services like the supermarket and the sports centre will be outsourced to competent private operators with clearly defined terms of agreement to ensure that the facilities are effectively and efficiently run for the overall benefit of all estate residents.
The estate will also run a volunteering scheme whereby professionals like medical practitioners will make available their services to the residents to foster bonding and relationships.
