The implementation of the Amity Multi Housing Estate will have the following spin-off effects:

1. It will create ample employment opportunities in the state.
   
   
2. There will be boom for the building industry and socio-economic wellbeing in the state including capital in-flow into Ibadan and Oyo state;
   
   
3. Promote cluster economic blocks and migration from within and outside the state;
   
   
4. De-congestion of Ibadan Township and development of infrastructures in adjoining communities of the estate.
   
   
5. Support the ongoing infrastructural development drive of the state government.
   
   
6. Act as model for other housing estates to spring up in other towns and cities within the state.
   
   
7. It will ensure quick development of the landed property and forestall possible encroachment of the assets of OYHC.
   
   
8. AMHEL will also be affecting the Lagelu LGA Community through regular medical missions in the adjoining communities as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR). Also, we will support orphanages within the LGA.
